Every student has to put the registered name (surname and first name) on the home page of the link sent to them by the facilitator hosted on Each class has its unique link for lectures with the label of the subject being taught.


Facilitators can interact with the student on the user column. The list of students signed in for the class is seen under users. This downloadable for the facilitator and can be used as attendance for the class session. Rating for class participation can also be detected as the activities and involvement of the student in the class can be monitored by the user. You can have a private chat with each student or drop a public note for everyone to see. Students can set their status which ranges from raising hands to answer or ask the question to show their expression from being confused about a topic to being happy.

Record classes

You can record class sections to be posted for absent students or archived for easy access.

Whiteboard (shared)

The teacher has a whiteboard where writing, drawing, and arithmetic can be done. This board can be shared with other members of the class. A student can share the board to answer questions while being tagged on the board. This helps to cover interactive teaching in traditional classrooms.

Video and audio 

The video can be turned on or off. To reduce data consumption, video can be disabled while students connect with the audio-only. The audio is automatically muted at sign-in but can be unmuted to participate in the classroom. The facilitator can mute members of the class.

Share note

You can share notes by typing by the side of the whiteboard or upload a text or document to the note, shared notes are downloadable. This can serve as a reference to class notes for assignments, projects, and examinations.


The presentation can be shared through the screen as audio and video by uploading the video to the link for external media. A facilitator can have access to the document from their devices and can be shared with students on the whiteboard within the period of the class session. 

Collaboration and videoconferencing

Asides from videos being shared during meetings and classes, there is the possibility of a breakout session with other members of the class. Students can be divided into groups to have projects and present to the entire class while the teacher supervises or monitor through the rooms to access for participation. Polls can be taken to among students to vote, discuss and show opinion on a topic.
