The challenge

Recently, there has been an increase in demand of trained Customer service representative. There is a need to train more employees and also make sure they are properly certified.

All employees have to be present physically for all the training session. SouthEast cannot bear the cost of extending their training rooms, managers have lost track of the progress of the employees and there is a low performance from the employees.


The Solution

Edurex’s learning management system and virtual classroom were used to plan, organize and assess learning materials for the employees.  SouthEast was able to meet up with the demands of their clients and also train employees in other states and country. The online training and traditional training could be organized and monitored on the same platform. Employees has access to course material, assessments and examination were conducted on the platform with downloadable certificate.
