Applications and admission have been paper based in the institution as students have to buy forms and cash payment or payment to unapproved bank accounts. Also, documentation and course registration is conducted in the traditional way. This has led to missing documents and uncompleted profiling for students. The process of course registration is tiring for administrative officers, lecturers and students as they have to juggle between lecture rooms and offices. Other cases like missing tests and exam results, uncompleted course unit requirements, tuition debtors being graduated due to lack of proper payment documentation. Edurex’s school management system was used to organize the process of application, admission, screening and registration. Students paid tuition through the integrated payment system with a printable receipt from the platform. Lecturers could access the number of students registered for courses and upload course materials on the platform. Test and exam results are displayed on the dashboard of the students. Stress was reduced, resources were saved and time was well managed.
